The Gym Group Uxbridge

The Gym Group Uxbridge is at 60 Vine Street and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The cardio floor holds 17 treadmills, ten bikes covering upright, recumbent and spin, eight cross trainers, seven Concept II rowers and three climbmills. Free weights and plate-loaded kit run to seven plate-loaded stations, eight Olympic rigs with squat racks, dumbbells from 2kg to 50kg, 17 adjustable benches and a Smith press. Resistance machines cover leg press, chest press, shoulder press and leg extension, with five cable stations including an eight-stack and a functional trainer. A HIIT zone adds two Concept II ski ergs, a battle rope, a prowler track and sled, an assault bike and kettlebells from 4kg to 24kg, and there is a separate glutes area with a hip thrust bench.
