The Gym Group Manchester Whitefield sits on Stanley Road and Moss Lane in Whitefield, north of the city and handy for anyone commuting into Manchester, with free parking and bike parking on site. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The cardio floor is the largest of the Manchester sites, with more than 70 machines including 31 treadmills, 25 bikes, eight cross trainers, five Concept II rowers and three climbmills. Strength kit runs to 11 plate-loaded stations, eight Olympic rigs and squat racks, dumbbells from 2kg to 50kg and 21 adjustable benches, with ten or more resistance machines and five cable stations. There is a HIIT zone with kettlebells, a battle rope, ski ergs and assault bikes, a glute drive, and an enclosed studio for classes. Free Wi-Fi, lockers and showers are provided, classes are included in membership and HYROX training is offered.
