The Gym Group Manchester Fallowfield

The Gym Group Manchester Fallowfield occupies part of the Toast Rack on the corner of Old Hall Lane, one of the city's best known listed buildings, with free parking and bike parking outside. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and draws a mix of students and local members. Strength is the stronger half of this site: seven plate-loaded stations, an Olympic rig and squat rack, dumbbells from 2kg to 50kg, 31 adjustable benches and two Smith press stations, alongside ten or more resistance machines and five cable stations. The cardio floor holds more than 35 machines, including 14 treadmills, nine bikes, seven cross trainers, five Concept II rowers and four climbmills. The glutes area is well equipped, with a Booty Builder V8, hip thrust bench and glute drive. Free Wi-Fi, lockers and showers are provided, and classes are included in membership.
