The Gym Group Manchester Ashton Old Road is on Lime Square business park, just off Ashton Old Road in Openshaw, with free parking and bike parking outside. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The site has recently been upgraded, adding a fully kitted Olympic lifting area, a glute-focused strength and sculpt zone with Booty Builder equipment, and a dedicated functional and hybrid training space. The cardio floor runs to more than 60 machines, including 23 treadmills, 15 bikes, 14 cross trainers, eight Concept II rowers and three climbmills. Strength provision covers six plate-loaded stations, four Olympic rigs and squat racks, dumbbells from 2kg to 50kg and 16 adjustable benches. Free Wi-Fi, lockers and showers are provided, classes are included in membership, HYROX training is offered and personal trainers work on site.
