The Gym Group London Paddington

The Gym Group London Paddington is at Merchant Square on North Wharf Road, beside the canal basin and a few minutes' walk from Paddington station. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Strength kit is well provided, with seven plate-loaded stations, eight Olympic rigs and squat racks, dumbbells from 2kg to 50kg, 18 adjustable benches and five cable stations. The cardio floor holds more than 40 machines, including 20 treadmills, eight cross trainers, six bikes, four Concept II rowers and three climbmills. A HIIT zone adds kettlebells, a battle rope, ski ergs and an assault bike, and there is a glutes area with a hip thrust bench and glute drive, plus an enclosed studio. Free Wi-Fi, lockers and showers are provided, classes are included in membership and HYROX training is offered.
