The Gym Group London Angel
The Gym Group London Angel is on Goswell Road, a short walk from Angel station and the Old Street roundabout. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Cardio is the strong suit here, with more than 60 machines including 25 treadmills, 17 cross trainers, 11 bikes, four Concept II rowers and four climbmills. Strength kit covers seven plate-loaded stations, four Olympic rigs and squat racks, dumbbells from 2kg to 50kg and five adjustable benches, with a smaller set of resistance machines and three cable stations. A HIIT zone adds kettlebells, a battle rope, ski ergs and an assault bike. Free Wi-Fi, lockers and showers are provided, classes are included in membership and personal trainers work on site.
