  • Training for HYROX here

  • This gym has the equipment for 7 of 8 HYROX stations, counting kit that stands in for the real thing. 5 of those are the station's own equipment.
  • 1. SkiErg 1000m
  • 2. Sled Push 4 x 12.5m
  • 3. Sled Pull 4 x 12.5m
  • 4. Burpee Broad Jumps 80m
No equipment needed, so any gym with floor space can train it.
  • 5. Row 1000m
  • 6. Kettlebell Farmers Carry 200m
  • 7. Sandbag Lunges 100m
Not listed here, but this gym has kit that stands in. A barbell across the back, or dumbbells at the sides, loads the same lunge.
  • 8. Wall Balls 100 reps
Not on this gym's equipment list. A medicine ball against a solid wall, or dumbbell thrusters where no wall will take it.
  • What HYROX is, and how to train for it
  • Based on the equipment listed for this gym, compared against the published race stations. It is not a statement that this gym is a HYROX affiliate or runs HYROX classes. HYROX is a trademark of its owner and GymDirectory is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HYROX. Equipment lists here are often incomplete, so check with the gym before you rely on it.
