Atlas Fitness
Atlas Fitness, known as Home of the Spartans, is a weight-training and bodybuilding gym at Unit 6, Stacey Bushes Trading Centre in Milton Keynes. It offers plate-loaded and selectorised strength equipment, free weights and dumbbells from 1kg to 75kg. Its cardio area includes treadmills, cross-trainers, upright and recumbent bikes, steppers and a step mill. Day visits and memberships are available.
