Phoenix Fitness Settle is one of two independently operated Phoenix gyms, offering secure swipecard access around the clock at The Sidings. Its strength floor includes racks, benches, dumbbells and plates, with treadmills, rowers and spin bikes for cardio training. Resistance machines and an open functional training area support varied workouts. The gym has air conditioning and an infrared sauna. Day passes can be arranged online or by telephone, with entry instructions supplied by the team. Boxing lessons and studio hire take place separately at The Phoenix Forge; these are not unrestricted gym-floor amenities.
