OneGym Thinford Durham is a 24-hour gym at Thinford Park, just off the A167. Its free-weight area includes dumbbells, barbells and lifting platforms, alongside resistance machines and cardio equipment such as treadmills, bikes, rowers, cross trainers and steppers. A functional training area provides rigs, punching bags and battle ropes. The branch also has a sauna, a studio class programme and free parking.
