Onegym (Redcar)
OneGym Redcar is a 24-hour fitness centre serving the TS10 area. Its free-weight section includes dumbbells, barbells and lifting platforms, alongside resistance machines and a cardio zone with treadmills, bikes, rowers, cross trainers and steppers.
