Nrg Gym (Bedford)

NRG Gym Bedford is a 24-hour fitness club at Unit 2, 3 Caxton Road. Its large training floor includes dedicated strength, cardio, functional fitness, spinning and stretching zones. Life Fitness cardio equipment includes treadmills, exercise bikes, cross-trainers and stair climbers, while strength areas support a range of resistance training. Classes are included in membership, and the cycling studio is accessible around the clock. Male and female infrared saunas are available for post-workout relaxation, and the gym provides WiFi. Members can use allocated NRG Gym parking spaces for up to three hours free, but must submit their vehicle registration on every visit.
