Falls Leisure Centre
Falls Leisure Centre is a Better/GLL facility on Falls Road, operated with Belfast City Council. Its gym includes treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and plate-loaded machines including a hack squat. The centre offers a 25-metre pool, sports hall, cycle and multi-purpose studios, sauna and steam room. Gym inductions, personal training and junior sessions are available. The gym opens earlier on weekdays than the general centre timetable.
