Beckwith Health Club

Beckwith Health Club is an independent gym at Central House, Beckwith Knowle, off Otley Road in Harrogate. The gym combines cardiovascular machines, fixed resistance equipment and free weights with a separate functional training area. Equipment includes treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes, a weight sled and a Stairmaster, alongside EGYM smart strength machines. A dedicated exercise studio hosts classes, with personal training and instructor support also available. The club offers rolling memberships and day passes, and members can book classes through its app. Free on-site parking is available.
