PureGym Borehamwood
PureGym Borehamwood is at The Point on Shenley Road. The gym has a Shape area aimed at beginners, with lighter barbells, dumbbells, glute machines and benches, and its free weights area holds a six bay lifting rig, a perfect squat machine and a plate loaded lat pulldown. The fixed pin kit includes a leg press and a Booty Builder V8, there are twelve additional cable stations, and the dual studio has been upgraded. Dumbbells go up to 50kg, air conditioning is fitted and personal trainers are available. The nearest car park is on Furzehill Road.
