Nuffield Health Bolton Fitness and Wellbeing Gym is at 7–10 Eagley Brook Way in The Valley. The family club offers a gym floor and group exercise programme, including cycling, Pilates and strength classes. Members can use a swimming pool, sauna and steam room, with personal training, physiotherapy, swimming lessons and a crèche available. Free parking is provided. Off-peak memberships have more limited access hours.
