Castle Gym
Castle Gym is an independently owned gym at 34 Maid Marian Way in Nottingham. The two-floor gym has five training zones with Gym80 strength machines, cardio and functional equipment and dumbbells up to 100kg. A Performance Café serves coffee, shakes and meals. Lockers are available; bring a padlock and key. The gym offers 16 free parking spaces at 106 Friar Lane, about a minute’s walk away.
