BodyMatters Gym is an independent strength-training gym at Unit 9, Two Bridges Industrial Park, Newhey, Rochdale. Established in 1996, it provides a weights-focused training floor with dumbbells, barbells, benches and plate-loaded resistance machines, including a leg press.
