Embarking on a fitness journey at a young age is a great way to build your character and achieve your longer-term goal/s, but you'll probably hear critical advice or flat-out be unable to join a gym until you're 16 or even 18.

You might have found yourselves training for years at school or college but then being unable to join your local commercial gym. With proper guidance, we believe anyone should be able to train to their abilities and find the perfect gym that caters to young/er people. That's where we've got your back!
