The Sands Leisure Centre

The Sands Leisure Centre is a Better-operated gym, swimming and events venue on Newmarket Road in Carlisle. Its gym provides cardio and strength-training equipment, with a 25-metre pool, teaching pool, sports hall, exercise studios and group cycling.
