Selby Leisure and Wellbeing Hub

Selby Leisure and Wellbeing Hub is an Active North Yorkshire facility on Scott Road, operated by North Yorkshire Council. Its Technogym fitness floor is divided into cardio, free-weight, stretching, functional training and resistance-machine zones. Adults aged 16 and over can use the gym without booking, while younger users follow induction, supervision and booking requirements. Staff offer gym inductions, exercise programmes and follow-up reviews, with personal training available separately. The hub also provides swimming pools, exercise classes and a sauna and steam experience. These relaxation facilities close earlier than the main centre. Bank holiday opening differs from the standard weekly timetable, and individual activities have their own sessions.
