Nuffield Health Kingston Fitness and Wellbeing Gym is on Richmond Road in Kingston upon Thames, beside the Sainsbury’s superstore. The refurbished club combines a Life Fitness gym floor with Hammer Strength free-weight and strength-training zones, functional training space and dedicated recovery areas. A 25-metre swimming pool, sauna and steam room complement the gym. Members can attend group exercise sessions, including Les Mills classes and indoor cycling in the NuCycle studio.
